Purpose Of Role:
Primary responsibility is to own 3rd Level tasks/ escalations in order to endorse 2nd Level in achieving target KPIs. To deliver increased network availability on Voice platforms
Configuring/Provisioning/Activating/Turning Up and Troubleshooting Service Delivery Config related tasks on Voice Core Infrastructure
Network Upgrades like 1 G to 10 G upgrades,
Q20 to Q21 Upgrades,
SBC Software Upgrades,
OST/ ORT for new deployments like GSIP CEs and SBCs,
Provisioning/ Configuration and Turn Up of services on One Cloud Microsoft Shared Access,
Config of SIP-T Interconnects on GSIP CEs, MPLS PEs and Core/ Carrier SBCs),
AXD301 MGW Software Upgrades
Coordination with vendors (Ericsson, Cisco, Ribbon (formerly Genband)) for GMV and GSIP Platform and services on defects and bugs.
Exposure to products like WebRTC, SOTI, Secure Contact, Skype for Business on One Cloud Microsoft etc
- May be responsible for generating new opportunities and maintaining the client relationship/satisfaction.
Authority/Decision Making :
- Evaluation/Test/Installation of Supplier Software with appropriate controls and standards.
B.E/B.Tech education background
Relevant hands on experience
6 to 10 Years of experience level
Intermediate Level understanding of SIP, IP Routing, Linux, Call Flows, BGP, MPLS, IPSEC, INAP, ISUP, SNMP,
Good Exposure to Network Elements for vendors like :- Ribbon/ Genband / ACME Session Border Controllers, CISCO / Juniper Routers, Ericsson AXD301, Ericsson AXE10, Load Balancers, VMware
Good Exposure to Tools/ Systems like RADCOM, SVMP Empirix, Wire Shark, VLP-IC, VLP-OS, VLP-SIPT, NAGIOS, Genband’s RSM, SMARTs
