Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership Participation: Actively participate in all leadership meetings, contributing to strategic discussions and decision-making processes.

  • Theme Identification & presentation: Identify key common themes from leadership meetings and develop strategies and present back to networks India leadership.

  • Implementation: Translate identified themes into actionable plans and oversee their implementation across the organization.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster engagement and collaboration between various Network Services India teams to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.

  • Strategic Planning: Assist in the development and execution of long-term strategic plans to drive business growth and success.

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented strategies, adjusting as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support organizational objectives.

  • Your Say initiatives: Keep track of Your Say scores to gauge colleagues’ perspectives on various aspects of work and initiate relevant actions to improve outcomes.

  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the progress of strategic initiatives and key performance indicators.

  • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing best practices.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Proven experience in a senior management role with a track record of successful strategic planning and implementation.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and inspire teams.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
