What you'll be doing:

As Workflow deployment & support specialist, you will be in charge of:

  • As the role holder, you will be supporting defect and incident handling for the Service Orchestration platform

  • Handle calls and e-mails from internal customers (BT employees)

  • Log incidents and provide updates to internal customers and stakeholders

  • Triage incidents and involve appropriate resolver teams

  • Driver the incident resolution within the agreed SLA times

  • Escalate to management levels in case resolver teams are not providing update/resolution within their SLA times

  • Support development team during deployment windows to ensure that only properly working functionality is going live

  • Test defect fixes

  • Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements

  • Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes during delivering a service is an advantage

  • Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group settings to achieve common goals

  • The ability to convey information to someone effectively and efficiently while creating a good first impression and engaging the audience

  • Ability to comprehend and to systematically organize the various aspects of a problem or situation is an advantage

  • Taking the responsibility and takes care of the consequences of making a decision

  • Acting in advance of a future situation, e.g. making things happen, putting energy to solve the situation is an advantage

  • Coordination with different stakeholders

Professional skills:

  • Incident management process knowledge

  • Proficiency with Jira tool is an advantage

  • JAVA programming knowledge is an advantage

  • Remedy ticketing system knowledge is an advantage

Language skills:

  • English on a fluent level
