About this Role

We’re always working to make our business more efficient, smart and secure. And, by joining us on our Business analysis and improvement graduate programme, you’ll be at the forefront of that. You could be working across the business looking at our credit risk and advising senior stakeholders on how to make our operations more secure or you could be working in one of our business transformation teams. You’ll be analysing approaches to customer satisfaction or revenue growth and looking at improvements that can be made and helping to drive them through the business. Either way, you’ll be taking responsibility for making real, tangible differences to our business.

By the time you’ve finished your two year programme, you’ll have a broad understanding of the business and be making a name for yourself as a subject matter expert in the area of analysis and improvement. Plus, you’ll have the skills and knowledge to become a Business Improvement Specialist or Credit, Risk Consultant or Business Analysis and Planning Manager.
