In this role you could find yourself managing a team in one of our key contact centres with teams working hard to keep our customers connected. You could be helping them make the most of our amazing products and services, and working to put things right if they go wrong. You could also be leading, developing and motivating your people to deliver exceptional customer service.

Find yourself working in the Transformation team and you could be designing and delivering change, or working in the Planning function you could be creating insight and analysis to improve the performance of our contact centres.

Roles are regionally based and you may rotate from one centre to another during your rotations, so think of all the customers lives you could be transforming on this unique programme.
