About this role

We employ around 110,000 people globally and as an organisation have huge ambitions for our future direction so our HR team are key to making sure that we attract, develop and retain the best people. Joining us as a HR graduate you’ll get to rotate across a variety of teams to give you a great generalist knowledge of HR. You could be re-writing policy in one rotation, then supporting our graduate recruitment team in the next and then onto looking at our reward framework in the next. With so many options in such a large HR team, you’ll be able to work with your manager to move between a wide variety of placement options, making sure you’re able to get the development and opportunities you need.

All the while you’ll be studying for your CIPD qualification which, alongside your rotations throughout HR, will make sure you’ve created a solid foundation for a career in HR.
