In this role you will be responsible for the following:

Customer Management, Business Process Management, Management of Business’ commercial performance and P&L, Risk Management, Supplier and Customer Contract Management, Product growth and development spanning across several time zones. BT’s 999 services are users of the database supplied by the business unit, the role holder is responsible for database management and effective engagement internally and externally.

The role holder will have an innovative mindset and can identify opportunities for growth and efficiencies. Good business casing, communication, and influential skills are required for this role.

What you’ll be doing

Account Management

• Management of the largest UK credit score agencies

• Contract management and renewal negotiations

• Business Development Opportunities

• Directory data on demand publication

Commercial

• Accountable for Business P&L performance

• Identify P&L growth opportunities.

• Accountable for business performance reporting

• Pricing strategy, implementation, and delivery

Business Management

• Management of offshore teams to database management

• Ownership of Risk management

• Identification and execution of product development

• Management and regular interaction with regulator

• Management of Database and data shrinkage

• Senior stakeholder management, reporting, and governance.

Business Process Management

• Accountable for ensuring 100% compliance with Regulator's latest code of practice.

• Conduct DILO and review activities of offshore teams' KPI performance

• Identify process gaps and manage offshore EMS team for delivery.

• Accountable for process improvement to address gaps based on audit reports

Supplier and Stakeholder Management

• CP contract management

• CP contract reviews and negotiation

• Management of Audit agencies and Audits

International Working

• Ability to work across time zones (India) early allow as the main supplier of information and process practice

Experience you would be expected to have

Sales account management Experience

Working within or management of external agencies

Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders for a large organization.

Experience managing data analysis and insights

Large customer, account management experience

Governance and maintenance of compliance processes

P&L management and growth, Ability to develop propositions

Contract management experience

Ability to work under pressure and tight timescales whilst maintaining accuracy

Practice high indirect team engagement and collaboration
