Why this role matters
Our Adobe Experience Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of this new platform,
helping the Enterprise business get the most out of its investment. You’ll be helping guide our in house technical delivery teams with any template, config and capability changes that we require, as well as working alongside our Digital Product Management and Product Design teams to understand and shape new functional requirements.
You’ll be working alongside our Content and Copy Managers to publish content (emails, documents,
videos, images, copy) onto our website, working with our SEO expert to make sure that our content is continually optimised for traffic and keyword trawling. You’ll also be working closely with our Analytics and Reporting experts to make sure that we’re getting the data and reports that we need from our estate.
You’ll also be responsible for making sure that we’re setting and adhering to the right level of
accessibility Standards our digital estate.
You’ll be required to manage our campaigns and any A/B tests that have been requested.
What you'll be doing
Defining new templates and tweaks to existing ones in AEM, and feeding these requirements into our development teams
Ensuring that we introduce and maintain high accessibility standards across our digital estate
Manage marketing campaigns within AEM
Manage Analytics and Reporting requirements and feed these into our development teams
Ensure that our digital estate remains SEO optimised (taking requirements from our SEO expert)
Publishing content that is created by the team onto our websites.
Acting as an advocate for the AEM product, explaining new features as and when they become available, and training the team on the use of the product where required.
Identifying opportunities and challenges that new requirements, products and services on our digital
roadmap may have, working closely with our Product Managers, UX and UI Designers.

You’ll be an AEM expert, staying on top of the capabilities of all aspects of the product
