BT’s digital channels account for >20% of PAYM sales to new and existing mobile customers, with growth ambitions to make this the ‘channel of consumer choice’ over 2-3 years. This is supported by an investment plan to drive digital transformation across sales and service. This role is accountable for driving commercial performance for customers engaging with the app and web for services via messaging and conversation as well as Aimee Commerce. This role will support the Prodcut Leads across messaging, conversation and Aimee Sales - and deliver In line with the Consumer Strategy / MTP

What you’ll be doing

  • Responsible for weekly performance reporting and insight for Aimee Service and Sales

  • Presenting performance insights in weekly and monthly steerco’s and recomenndations to improve performance

  • Business casing all messaging service initiatives and getting sign off from key stakeholders as per the governance model

  • Building the Aimee Sales business cases as we grow the sales channel. The business case will need to underpin the sales commerce roadmap and FY25 goals

  • Support in sizing and foreasting initiatives which will deliver the full year cost base reduction targets. Working with Product Leads and Finance to highlight risk and opportunities to the original plan

  • Being the key point of contact for anything Messaging / Conversation / Aimee related from a Commercial Digital perspective

Specific Skills and Experience

Ability to gain support for commercial decisions and recommendations across the following stakeholders:

  • Consumer Finance

  • Consumer Commercial Channels

  • Consumer Customer Service Channels

  • Marketing

  • Digital

Knowledge of the UK telecoms market including understanding the service levers within a digital channel

Strong commercial background in data driven product insight. With excellent knowledge of product KPIs, and ability to draw insight from the numbers and translate to business requirements

Experienced in customer life cycle opportunities with a strong feel for opportunities and risks supported by strong commercial acumen.

Ability to make fast decisions often without complete information based on experience and knowledge to the market and key competitor behaviours.
