About this role
The Learning Experience Culture & Campaigns Specialist is a critical role in Learning, responsible for overseeing the overall online learner experience architecture and design including support for pan BT platforms, learning programmes and campaigns. The Experience Platform Specialist will work with the design teams across BT to build a human centered design approach and deliver a smooth and effortless learner experience driving learner engagement and maximising the impact of learning. The Platform Specialist will be instrumental in shaping and deploying transformation changes to support the Learning Strategy, acting as a subject matter expert and learning lead in major HR & Leanring transformation programmes.
You'll have the following responsibilities
Leads on developing an overall plan for Unlimited Learning across BT, collaborating with other teams within Learning, Centres of Excellence and CFU’s to drive and align activities;
Complete an assessment of learning culture in BT understanding colleague expectations and barriers to learning, ensuring an ongoing mechanism for measuring and tracking progress is in place;
Develop an overall stakeholder, communication and social media engagement plan to increase visibility and learner engagement;
Create and manage campaigns aligned to business priorities to drive engagement and learning adoption;
Lead and initiate projects that promote Unlimited Learning in BT, leveraging external insight and thinking and engaging and gaining buy in from stakeholders;
Provide subject matter expertise to Solution Delivery Team, Learning Design Team and Learning Platform Specialist to increase effectiveness of solutions.
You'll have the following skills & experience
Experience of learning, organisation development in a large, complex organisation
Managed culture change / employee engagement programmes, understanding levers
Able to interpret and analyse data for the creation of reporting and insight to drive performance and support continuous improvement
Excellent knowledge of developing online learner centered experiences
Effectively understand how to influence cultural change across an organisation
Delivering multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast paced, group wide environment
Applying innovative thinking in learning technology to drive quality of output and experience
