BT Account Manager- Germany in Germany

What you'll be doing:

  • Being responsible for planning and delivering new substantial sales growth with a targeted list of new sector customers within European region. Providing the leadership for interfacing with the client for sales opportunities.

Sales

  • Developing sales plan and objectives to address the needs of a new set of selected clients that achieve account growth aspirations and close new business opportunities.

  • Developing successful and sustainable long-term business relationships with key Multinational Corporate Organizations.

  • Keeping sales records current and accurate in Salesforce.

  • Identifying new tactical sell opportunities & creating a sales funnel that will result in both short- and longer-term incremental revenue.

Business Development

  • Leading and being accountable for key Business Development opportunities across a group of new accounts to BT

  • Maintaining high and influential relationships both internal and external, drawing opportunities to successful closure.

  • Leadership and well-rounded: understanding that the client proposition will have to be Right First Time and compelling in 3 dimensions: Commercial, technical & service.

Strategy

  • Developing a winning & rigorous account planning

  • Creating a wide network within and across the business, influencing Global strategy to support the achievement of client objectives.

  • Seeking innovative ways to expand new services and initiatives across the accounts.

  • Good understanding of business outcomes.

  • Home office is available in this role depending on further agreement

Professional skills:

  • Global Sales experience (minimum 2 years).

  • Manage ICV for a cluster of new global accounts and also manage sales performance and strategic growth of accounts.

  • Strong sales client engagement, pipeline building, opportunity qualification, deal management, business case generation, deal closure & handover , P&L knowledge.

Language skills:

  • English on a fluent level

  • German on a fluent level
